Vegas Valley Carpet Care uses a truck mounted, low moisture “steam cleaning” method also known as hot water extraction. This method involves a preconditioning of the soiled surface with an alkaline (above on the pH Scale) agent, followed by light agitation with a grooming brush when needed and appropriate dwell time.
Next, the carpet surface is thoroughly rinsed and neutralized using a carpet cleaning extraction wand and a neutralizing rinse, completely rinsing and removing the preconditioner while returning the pH of the carpet fibers back to a neutral state.
